It is important that we listen to what is calling to us from within. It is often the deep inner voice of truth and wisdom that is speaking, trying to wake us up from the trance of disconnection and bring us back into our interconnected aliveness. When we pause to be fully present, we can sometimes see more clearly, see the evolving vision of ourselves and the world, both of which are in the process of "becoming". Contacting that spark can feel like an inner illumination that lights our path, providing guidance as we reach and move toward a higher vision. When that inner spark is ignited, your awareness of your own embodied experiencing, as well your connection to that which is greater than yourself (in whatever way you experience it -- Spirit, God, a Higher Power, Infinite Source, the ancestors, our interconnected humanity, the natural world, the universe, the cosmos), is intensified. When that spark is ignited, you are pulled into closer alignment with that greater energy, and with your most deeply held values. It is a stirring that inspires us to rise up to actualize our vision and values.
Take a moment now to take that sacred pause. I invite you to take a deep breath, extending the inhale and the exhale to help you come home to your inner experiencing. As you settle into your natural breathing, continue clearing space and opening up to what might be stirring. Check in with yourself like this regularly, greeting your inner experience with patience and with compassion for your own process. That divine spark is there within you, ready to welcome you when you arrive, ready to illuminate the path of your personal unfolding and flourishing, as well as the path toward the highest manifestation of our collective and shared journey of life.
