Our 2025 Healing While Black Connection & Care Getaway Weekend Retreat offers a weekend of refuge and resourcing for your mind, body, heart, and soul.

The secret sauce of healing lies in meaningful experiences of connection and care. This retreat is a balance of "healing-in-community" with space for rest, self-care, and joyful celebration. Our retreat includes Dr. Shelly Harrell's Sankofa Connection & Care (C&C) Healing Circles. Through communal-contemplative practices, we will reclaim, retrieve, and revitalize our joy, our peace, our wellness, and ourselves.

Reserve your spot with a $400 deposit. Or pay the full Program Fee of $800 now. Note that the Program Fee is separate from your room accommodations. After we receive your registration payment and completed REGISTRATION FORM, you will receive an email with next steps to make your room reservation at Paradise Point.
REFUND POLICY: We have a no-refund policy for the $400 deposit. If you pay the full amount of $800 and need to cancel, we will refund $400 if you cancel by April 25, 2025. There will be no refunds for cancellations after this date. This policy is based on our financial commitments to the resort.
