A deeper dive into soulfulness that focuses on integrating the core soul-centered principles (Centering, Congruence, Communion, Consciousness, Co-existence, Creativity, Courage, and Calling) into your personal meditation and other contemplative practices. All sessions will include time in communal meditation and interactive dialogue for applying the soulfulness principles to your own life.

Our monthly program provides you with cultural expressions of Black wisdom featuring African adinkra symbols and Dr. Shelly Harrell's 3-part "Rising Up Rooted" soulfulness process. Get rooted in wisdom so that you can rise up into your purpose and power. Join anytime, cancel anytime.
