A Soulful Introduction to Mindfulness

Start your week in communal meditation with our 20-minute Àṣẹ soulfulness practice. Àṣẹ (pronounced Ah-Shay) is a West African, Yoruba-origin concept that refers to the power of manifestation. When we say Àṣẹ we are claiming "make it so".

Living Soulfully: A Deeper Dive into Soulfulness-Oriented Practices
COMING IN 2022!
A deeper dive into soulfulness that focuses on integrating the core soul-centered principles (Centering, Congruence, Communion, Consciousness, Co-existence, Creativity, Courage, and Calling) into your personal meditation and other contemplative practices. All sessions will include time in communal meditation and interactive dialogue for applying the soulfulness principles to your own life.
